License

Pentaminds Technologies (P) Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application solely for personal and noncommercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or commercially exploit the Application.
• Make the Application available to third parties in any manner.

Modifications to the Application

Pentaminds Technologies (P) Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any of its services temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice and without liability to you

Term and Termination:

This Agreement remains eective until terminated by either party.

• Termination by Us: Pentaminds Technologies (P) Ltd. may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason. Termination is immediate if you fail to comply with the terms outlined herein.
• Termination by You: You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the Application and removing all copies from your devices

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all associated files.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be modied or interpreted to achieve its intended purpose to the fullest extent permied by law. The remaining provisions will remain in effects.

Amendments to the Agreement

Pentaminds Technologies (P) Ltd. reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.

• Material Changes : For signicant revisions, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take eect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
